Bray Plomb

Dr. Bray Plomb is a chiropractor with a background in clinical exercise science, specializing in rehabilitation and performance-based care for your needs. He combines hands-on treatment with individualized exercise to help patients get out of pain and return to the activities they love—stronger and more resilient.

After growing up in southwest Michigan and playing competitive baseball, injuries led him to pursue a career in healthcare—earning his degree with Cum Laude honors from Grand Valley State University and graduating Magna Cum Laude from Palmer College of Chiropractic. During his time at Palmer, he gained experience as a Rehabilitation Intern as well as a Radiology Intern. Dr. Bray has a passion for coaching and was a personal trainer during his time in studies, and currently coaches CrossFit and HYROX classes when he has time.

Dr. Bray’s goal is to help individuals build lasting solutions, bridging the gap between rehab and performance to keep people doing what they love and MOVING WELL.

Outside the clinic, he enjoys competing in all types of fitness, hunting, fishing, and spending time with his wife, Eva!
